1.5 oz Cointreau®
0.5 oz The Botanist Gin®
0.75 oz Strawberry Rhubarb Cordial
0.25 oz Lemon
1 oz Lambrusco
4 dashes Bitters
Quick shake the Cointreau, The Botanist Gin, lemon juice, and Rhubarb Strawberry cordial.
Strain into punch glass filled with winding orange twist and pebble ice, top with Lambrusco sparkling wine.
Add several dashes of bitters for aroma and garnish color.
